Submit requests to access, correct, or delete personal information Throtl processes about you.

You may submit a privacy or data request by email using the button below. This is the same channel you can reference when listing Throtl in the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app marketplaces that ask for a URL or method to request deletion of personal information.

Deletion of personal information

To delete your personal information or your user account, email us at privacy@throtltech.com (or support@throtltech.com) from the email address associated with your account, or clearly identify the account so we can verify your request. We will confirm receipt and may ask for additional information only as needed to verify your identity and process the request.

Some information may be retained where the law requires or permits—for example, records we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, or data your employer or another organization controls as part of a business subscription.

Other requests

You may also use the same contact channels to ask for access to personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask questions about how we process data. Our full practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Response timing

We aim to respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law. Depending on your location, you may have specific statutory timelines (for example, certain U.S. state privacy laws).
